What is your return/exchange policy ?
At Gracesmiths, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products as they have been carefully selected. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we allow returns or exchanges on all our regular priced products within 7 days of the date of receipt. Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number before you return the product to us.
Please note the following terms:
• all items to be returned or exchanged must be in their original sellable condition and packaging (ie boxes cannot be torn open),
• sales items (ie at discounted prices) are not refundable or exchangeable,
• refunds will be made on product price only, shipping charges will not be refunded,
• where customer choose to do an exchange, customer will have to bear the re-shipping cost (both ways, to and from Gracesmiths),
• all returns and exchanges will only be made after we have sent you a return authorization number.
We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
