What are my payment options ?
We accept credit and debit cards from Visa and Master, and PayPal. Please note that all our invoices will be made under the name of "Chrio Private Limited", the parent company of Gracesmiths online store.
What is the currency for all prices ?
You can choose to see the prices listed in US Dollars or Singapore dollars. Prices listed are for products only. They do not include shipping, import duties and custom charges. We do not charge goods and services tax (GST) for purchases made and shipped in Singapore.
Are online transactions secure ?
We use industry-accepted standards to protect your personal information during its transmission on, to ensure that all of your transactions conducted online are completely secure and your sensitive information is protected.
Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information ?
You will receive an automated e-invoice immediately after you have placed your order. Please note that all invoices will be made under the name of "Chrio Private Limited", the parent company of Gracesmiths online store. You will receive another automated email notification once your product has been shipped out from our store. If you are shipping via registered mail or by Express shipping option, an online tracking number will be included in this e-shipment notification for you to track your packages. For international registered mail, online tracking number is only available for these destinations:
Brazil, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Malta, Moldova, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, USA
If you have placed an order and did not receive the automated email notification, please check your spam box to see if the notification had been filtered there by your server.
The site is updated regularly to ensure our stock quantities are accurate. However as our products are available in limited quantites and are high in demand, irregularities can occur. If the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible (within 2 working days) to inform you. You may choose to wait for the stock to be next available or to cancel the order and get a refund payment.
